I have bought something but have seen it at a different price on your website

Just like our retail stores, the price is what it was at the moment you bought it. It is our general view not to refund the difference.

How do I search for a product?

There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for. The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the top navigation and then refine what you're looking for using the category filtering options. Once you've found what you want, click 'Add To Cart', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, we do have a guest checkout that will not save your details. However setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us plus it will join you to our VIP Loyalty Programme. As well as being the first to hear about new styles, special events and exclusive discounts, you will be rewarded with a $60 voucher for every $600 you spend!

You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, which ever suits you best.

Just follow the easy steps on screen at checkout or under 'Join VIP Loyalty' and remember to have your payment and address details to hand.

If you have already registered in store and want to shop online, please enter your details under 'Join VIP Loyalty' using the same email address you registered with in store. What if I enter a competition that is in auckland but I live out of town?

Unfortunately unless stated other wise. Flights and accommodation will not be included in prize pack.
