Can I purchase online using my Storm Gift Card?

You sure can. You will just need to register your gift card first by clicking 'My Account', then 'Gift Card', then entering your gift card number.

Your gift card will then pop up as an option on the 'Payment' page when checking out.

Note that you must be logged in in order to register a gift card.

Is it safe to buy online using my credit card?

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards online.

When you enter your personal information on our website we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us.

When an online retailer uses SSL technology, at the checkout the online retailer serves and your PC encrypts everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address.

When it is encrypted, generally other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping the information private while it is being transmitted.

Can I use my points as a payment online?

Yes you can. Make sure you are logged into the email address linked to your loyalty account. If you have a rewards voucher available to use on your account, it will appear as an option on the 'Payment' page when checking out.

Just click the 'Use Points' button to apply these to your order.

Please note, your voucher will not show as a payment option if your order is under $60 as per the terms and conditions of our Loyalty Programme.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed with us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order please get in contact with us.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I purchased an item?

We are unable to offer price adjustments or compensations on items that have been discounted or sale items that have been further reduced. Please note that all prices are correct at time of purchase.
