How do I opt out of marketing emails?

You can opt out of receiving communications from Storm by clicking on 'unsubscribe' which is at the bottom of all of our emails.

Alternatively you can contact our Customer Services Team on webshop@stormnz.com. If contacting our online team, please be sure to include your full name and the email address you used when you registered, or made a purchase from Storm.

Why am I getting emails from Storm?

When you make a purchase at our online store we will send you an email to confirm your order and details. When you register with our online store you will have the option to sign up to receive regular email updates on new styles, collection launches, special events and exclusive discounts.

You may also have been signed up to our newsletter in store when you sign up as a VIP with us.

How do I register?

You can register an account by clicking the ' Join VIP Loyalty' link at the top right of the page or by clicking on 'Log In' where there is an option to register. Follow the steps on screen from there.

Please note: if you have already created an account from shopping in a Storm store, but have not yet shopped online, please use the password reset feature in the log in area. This will ensure your email address matches up your online and in store purchases and will accumulate the correct VIP loyalty points.

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?

On the login page, type in your registered email address and click 'Forgot your password?' This will send a link to your email address, which will allow you to reset your password.

What happens to my details when I register?

An email will be sent to your email address to confirm the registration of your account. Your details will remain private and confidential, as per our Privacy Policy.

How do I change my password?

You can reset your password by logging into your account using your current password, and updating your profile under 'My Account', then 'My Details'.

What are the Terms and Conditions around our VIP programme?

  • Points must be used within 3 months.
  • One loyalty voucher per transaction.
  • Points are not transferrable.
  • Points cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
  • Points can only be redeemed on purchases of goods $60 or more.
  • Points cannot be added at a later date.
  • Earned points will be deducted for products returned.
  • STORM reserves the right to alter the rewards program as they see necessary.
  • Points can be used in-store or online.

Missing emails from us?

Please double check that any expected emails from us haven't been diverted to your Junk/Spam inbox.
