My Account

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?

On the login page, type in your registered email address and click 'Forgot your password?' This will send a link to your email address, which will allow you to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

You can reset your password by logging into your account using your current password, and updating your profile under 'My Account', then 'My Details'.

How do I register?

You can register an account by clicking the ' Join VIP Loyalty' link at the top right of the page or by clicking on 'Log In' where there is an option to register. Follow the steps on screen from there.

What happens to my details when I register?

An email will be sent to your email address to confirm the registration of your account. Your details will remain private and confidential, as per our Privacy Policy.

Can I use my points on sale product?

Loyalty Reward Points must be used within 2 months. One voucher per transaction. Points are not transferrable. Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Loyalty Reward Points can only be redeemed on purchases of goods $60 or more. Loyalty Rewards Points cannot be redeemed when purchasing Sale items or non STORM branded product. Points cannot be added at a later date. Earned points will be deducted for products returned. Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used as a deposit or payment method on any laybys. STORM reserves the right to alter the rewards program as they see necessary.
