Click & Collect

Do you offer a Click & Collect service?

A new way to #stormyourstyle - secure stock online and collect from your nearest STORM boutique!

There is no delivery fee or minimum spend and collection is available within 1 working days, subject to availability!

Important Information

If your garment is available at the store you have selected, you will be able to Click & Collect your order (please check in-store availability information on each style) for collection within 1 working day.

Items that require delivery between our stores will be available for collection within 1-3 working days (this may be influenced by Courier delays).

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your order and a notification email when your order is ready to be collected in store!

Collection availability may differ from boutique to boutique based on opening hours. Please note that our boutique hours differ slightly over this time. Please view them here.

Please bring your order confirmation and photo I.D for collection.

Please note: Click & Collect orders are not eligible for our free returns service. Returns are at the customers cost or are available for drop off at the boutique collected from to send back on your behalf.

If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we require prior contact to our Customer Service team.

Our team is always here to help with styling and fit advice. Simply call your allocated STORM boutique to book a personal styling session when it suits to collect your order. They will book you a fitting room and organise options to go with your order based on your purchase history.
