STORM does not take responsibility for charges, delays, or loss incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country or delivery address restrictions (such a rural delivery or Authority To Leave).

Orders placed with STORM will be processed within business hours (8am – 4pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Delivery times are an approximate guide only.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your Junk inbox first, then get in touch with our Customer Service team

STORM is happy to exchange, refund or issue a store credit for any full-priced item purchased online that meet our return requirements. Please follow the instructions on the bottom of your invoice.

Sale items purchased online can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, only. Sale items cannot be returned for a store credit or refunded.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale/clearance items that have been further reduced.

Please note, by processing your payment and completing an order with us you are accepting STORM's policy regarding the return of your purchase.

If you are eligible for an online return and live within New Zealand then simply:

1. fill out the returns form on the bottom of your invoice
2. reuse the courier bag you received your order in and please contact us to receive your free returns label
3. keep a record of your tracking number
4. drop your return off to any PostShop outlet

If your item is eligible for an online return but you live outside of New Zealand, please fill out your returns form on the bottom of your invoice and post back to:
