      RETURNS / EXCHANGES

      STORM will happily exchange or refund any item purchased through stormonline.com.
      Returns must be received within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
      Returned items must be in original condition and not worn, altered or washed. Items must have all tags and packaging attached.

      You can exchange any product purchased at our online store by sending the product back to our distribution centre. Please include a copy of your invoice, and a completed returns form.

      If you would like to exchange your order, please note that we may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after and if this is the case, we will get in touch to let you know.

      Footwear must be returned to us unworn, in the original unmarked box. When returning the footwear box please ensure that it is well protected as the box is considered part of the product.
      We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.
      Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
      Items purchased online can be returned for an exchange at any of our STORM stores. You may take the item you wish to be refunded into a STORM store and they will courier it to our online store for you. The refund will then be processed at our online store.
      Purchases made in STORM stores cannot be returned to the online store.
      STORM is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

      New Zealand: Free on orders over $200 - $5 on orders under $200

      Australia: Free on orders over $200 - $20 on orders under $200

      International: Free on orders over NZ $300 - $40 on orders under $300

    • Can I arrange to collect my order from a store?

      We can arrange for you to pick up your order from any one of our retail stores.

    • Can I ship to an international address?

      Yes, we ship internationally to Australia, the South Pacific, East Asia, North America, the UK and Europe.

      We ship all international orders via DHL. All orders will be printed with an Authority To Leave - this means the parcel may be left in a secure location without a signature if you're not there to receive the parcel.

      Please note that customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches it's destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

      Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country. We'd recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

    • How long will my order take to arrive?

      New Zealand:
      We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. For rural areas please allow an extra 2 working days.

      Australia:
      Allow 4 working days.

      International orders:
      Within 10 business days.

      Please note, these timeframes are once your order has been dispatched by us. We generally allow 24 hours for dispatch, and during sales or promotional periods this may be slightly longer. There may also be a delay with your order if we have to source an item from one of our stores, due to low stock at our Distribution Centre.

    • Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

      Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box numbers, as Courier Post is a signature required service.
