  • Full Priced Purchases

    STORM is happy to exchange, refund or issue a store credit for any full-priced item purchased online that meet our return requirements. Please follow the instructions on the bottom of your invoice.

  • Sale Purchases

    Sale items purchased online can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, only. Sale items cannot be returned for a store credit or refunded.

    We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale/clearance items that have been further reduced.

    Please note, by processing your payment and completing an order with us you are accepting STORM's policy regarding the return of your purchase.

  • Free Online Returns within New Zealand

    If you are eligible for an online return and live within New Zealand then simply:

    1. fill out the returns form on the bottom of your invoice
    2. reuse the courier bag you received your order in and please contact us to receive your free returns label
    3. drop your return off to any PostShop outlet
  • Online Returns Outside of New Zealand

    If your item is eligible for an online return but you live outside of New Zealand, please fill out your returns form on the bottom of your invoice and post back to:

    Due to Covid-19 we will be extending our returns time frame.

    This is to ensure the safety of our staff and give you, our valued customers, the time to return anything that isn't quite right without putting you at risk.

    Our normal returns period for online purchases will be extended to 14 days after the lock down has ended or the whole of New Zealand is at Level 3 or lower.
